Our Story

arlo consultancy services was founded with a clear vision: to provide straightforward, expert health and safety, HR and business consultancy that helps businesses not only meet their legal obligations but also create safer, more efficient workplaces where people can thrive. 

Our Managing Director, Lauren, has over 16 years of experience working across various sectors and has seen first-hand the challenges businesses face in navigating compliance, improving operations, and driving strategic growth. 

She recognised a gap in the market for consultancy that is practical, people-focused, and genuinely supportive, leading her to establish arlo.

 

We take a hands-on, collaborative approach, working closely with businesses to understand their unique challenges and provide practical, effective solutions.
