What are you most passionate about outside of work?
First and foremost, being the best dad and husband I can be. Family is everything to me, and spending quality time with them will always come first. That said, I’m also on a mission to become a better golfer. Whether that’s actually achievable remains to be seen, but I’m staying optimistic!
What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
I’m genuinely not as miserable as I look! I might have a serious face most of the time, but underneath it there’s a sense of humour. You just might have to get to know me a little before you see it!
What’s a piece of advice or a motto you live by?
“If you don’t offer a solution, you’re part of the problem.”
I’ve always believed there’s little point highlighting something that’s wrong unless you’re willing to help put it right. It’s about being proactive, taking responsibility and finding practical solutions rather than simply pointing out problems. It’s an approach I try to bring to both work and everyday life.
