As a new addition to the team, Natalie is proud to help support and grow her dear friend's family-run business. She takes a friendly, people-first approach to supporting clients' business needs and building relationships. Outside of arlo, she ran her own hairdressing business for 21 years and is a busy mother of five with a new baby grandson.
What do you enjoy most about working at arlo?
Being New to the Team, Ive been made to feel so welcome and supported in every aspect. Being part of an amazing unit that all share the same values and drive for arlo’s growth. I feel super proud to join this family run business and support one of my dearest friends achieve her dream. And to learn from Carlie who is incredible at her job and be able to join her on the business development side of the company and build relationships with clients really excites me.What are you most passionate about, either in or outside of work?
Building relationships with clients. Supporting the growth of Arlo with a real hands on approach. I enjoy communicating with others and learning new things about people. I’m passionate about both my personal life and career and will always try to strive and improve for my family and children. Family and friends are very important to me.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
People may be surprised to learn that I’m a mum of 5, getting married for the second time and have a new baby grandson. Ive also had my own hairdressing business for 21 years.What’s one value that guides how you work with clients and colleagues?
A people first approach, always putting the clients first and being a friendly face/ear to support their needs. Helping with all of their business needs in any way I can. And most importantly being professional, friendly and easy to approach.Client Review
